As someone who loves to keep active, the gym is a regular part of my routine — but I always make time for my first love, Pilates. While I have my go-to studios that I swear by, I also enjoy switching things up and trying new ones now and then. After all, with so many chic new studios popping up in Dubai, it's hard to resist.

11Pilates is a charming little studio with beautiful, large windows offering a stunning view of Dubai Marina. The instructors are friendly and make it a point to remember your name, which makes each class feel personal. The classes are set-based and welcoming for all levels. Rebalance Pilates & Wellness Studio
This lovely studio has quickly become a favourite of mine. Shaf, the owner, is super welcoming, and the teachers are amazing. What stands out the most for me is the spacious feel of the studio - it’s bright and airy with plenty of natural light through the windows. They also have a separate room for yoga and mat Pilates, and lots of cute cafes nearby too! @rebalancedxb
