  • When international orders reach their destination country/region, they may be subject to customs clearance procedures, which can cause delays beyond original delivery estimates.
  • Returns/Exchange is welcome but you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any import fees that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payments from debit or credit cards - Visa, Mastercard, as well as payments made by Apple Pay and Cash on Delivery. We also have an instalment option with zero interest through Cashew Payments and PostPay.

What's your return and exchange policy?

 

ACRO is committed to ensuring your satisfaction with any merchandise you have ordered from us. 

Please make sure to read our Return Policy to see if your item is eligible for a return/exchange. 

Final sale items cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.

All returns/exchange must be: unworn or unwashed, have no signs of wear or damage, in its original condition with tags still attached (if any), and in all original packaging

 

RETURNS

  • We gladly accept items in perfect condition and with proof of purchase within 7 days of their ship date. 
  • All Returns are done through courier collection where the item was originally delivered
  • Should the returned item not meet the return guidelines, ACRO has the right to deny a return and have the item re-shipped to the customer.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

EXCHANGES

  • Upon request, and at our discretion, we may exchange defective/ faulty items for identical items of equivalent value
  • You may indicate clearly the replacement merchandise requested and our team will confirm, if the said merchandise is available in stock and whether the exchange can be made.

REFUNDS

  • To be eligible for a refund of a product, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.
  • Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Once we receive your items, we’ll send you a refund to your original payment method within 5 business days.
  • However, the initial shipping fee is not refundable and will be deducted from the refundable amount. If you received free shipping for your purchase, the handling and delivery will be deducted from your refund.
In the unlikely event that any merchandise you have ordered from us is not received in good condition, is damaged or defective, or if merchandise delivered is different from what you had expected, you may return the merchandise unused condition as you received it, in its original packaging along with original tags, for a return or an exchange, within 7 days from the date on which these goods are delivered.

In the unlikely event you have a missing/received an incorrect item, please contact us immediately at hello@wearacro.com

Please include:

- Your order number and packaging slip

- Information on missing/incorrect item

- Clear photo of the incorrect item

Once you have sent over this information, our team will be more than happy to get this sorted for you as soon as possible. Please note that we cannot process exchanges/returns on used items.

How do I wash/care for my pieces?

Machine wash your items in cold water and hang to dry. Tip: For sports bras, remove the pads so they don't lose their shape and wrinkle quickly. Ideally, the pads should be washed by hand separately but they can also go in the washing machine. Do not iron.

When are you restocking?

As a striving small business, we stock most of our items in limited quantities.

However, we have certain collections and select styles that are a part of our core product line, which we restock periodically and/or if there is a strong demand.

Buy Now, Pay Later is an easy way to pay for the things you love. Buy the item you want now, and pay for it in installments with absolutely zero interest and no fees.

How can I use Cashew?

1. Fill your cart at one of our partner merchants

2. Select cashew at checkout

3. Upload your Emirates ID (back and front) along with a real-time picture of yourself

4. Choose your preferred method of payment (credit or debit card)

5. Fill in the required information and accept the T&Cs

How can I use PostPay?

Once you have selected Postpay as your payment method, simply follow the steps to checkout and you will have an account linked to your mobile phone and Emirates ID / National ID number.

Why was my payment not accepted?

This could be due to not being able to verify your ID, your basket exceeding the limit, or current outstanding balances with Cashew/PostPay.
